Betroyal365 provides the terms and conditions applicable to all bonuses. In addition, each bonus offer may have additional terms and restrictions that will be communicated to you when you are requested to participate.
The bonuses cannot be withdrawn or paid out directly; they must first be transformed into real money and the bonus terms and wagering requirements can be found in the bonus details.
If you have completed the wagering requirements and want to withdraw your earnings, the withdrawal will be reviewed by our audit team who will examine how the bonus was spent.

- Bonuses – How it works
Once your deposit has been validated and reflected in your account, the bonus amount will be credited to your account.
When you make a wager, the amount of that wager will be removed from your account balance.
Any wins will be added to your bonus amount and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been satisfied.
The bonus sum itself cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been satisfied. In some instances, bonuses are non-redeemable, meaning the bonus money can never be withdrawn.
Once you have satisfied the wagering requirements, you are free to withdraw the bonus balance associated with the current offer at any time.
Not all wagers contribute towards wagering requirements, such as low-risk roulette wagers.
Please make careful to read all additional bonus-related terms.
Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be granted for any given event, and only one bonus can be active on your account at any one moment.
- Your Bonus Balance
A bonus is regarded as a "free wager" and has no financial value. Other than as specified in these rules, no cash alternative, substitute, transfer, or assignment of any bonus will be permitted at any time.
When you get a bonus, it will be added to your account.
You cannot withdraw any Bonus Balance funds. When You deposit cash, it will be added to your "Cash Balance" on your account. You may remove any funds from your Cash Balance, but any remaining Bonus Balance funds will be forfeited if you do so. By submitting a withdrawal request, you immediately lose any bonus balance funds. Even if our finance department cancels your payment request for whatever reason (fraud check, etc.), bonus funds will not be returned back to your Bonus Balance.
- Types of Bonuses
The conditions of the individual incentive will show if the bonus is redeemable or not. The bonus money and any accumulated wins will be paid to your account after the wagering conditions have been satisfied, you may proceed with withdrawal process. Non-redeemable bonuses are ones from which the initial bonus sum cannot ever be withdrawn (but any accrued winnings will be transferred once the Wagering Requirements have been met).
- Wagering Requirements
The Wagering Requirements of a bonus refer to the total number of wagers that must be placed before the bonus and any accumulated wins may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirements for each offer are specified in the bonus's conditions and will be represented as a multiple of either the bonus amount or the bonus amount plus the deposit amount. The wagering requirements for bonuses will be specified in the bonus's terms. Not all wagers contribute to the Wagering Requirements. These percentages are subject to change, so please contact our support staff each time to determine a specific game's wagering contribution.
The proportion of wagers that count toward wagering requirements may vary for different bonus offers, but this will be specified in the rules for those particular bonuses. Please carefully review the wagering restrictions for any bonus you get.
Partial or entire cashback of monies used to place wagers on sports is not completely accounted for when wagering the bonus. If the wager was placed on a sport or other event that concludes after the bonus has expired, the winnings will be transferred to your cash balance if the bonus used to place the wager has been wagered but will not be awarded if the bonus used to place the wager has been cancelled for any reason. The wagering rule does not apply to sports betting.
If a bet made on sports is bigger than the player’s account balance, including any bonus which is currently being wagered, then this bet will not be taken into account.
- Multiple Bonuses Associated with a Single Account
The incentives bonus is administered in sequence. The following bonus shall be awarded when the preceding bonus is "Fulfilled" or "Revoked" (for explanations of these terms, see the clause below).
A bonus comprises four separate stages, as outlined below:
Active — A bonus that has been activated but wagering conditions have not been satisfied. While a bonus is active on your account, bonus cash and winnings cannot be withdrawn.
Pending - A second or subsequent bonus on your account for which wagering conditions have not yet commenced. The Pending bonus cannot be withdrawn.
Bonus for which the wagering requirements have been met. The bonus funds and any winnings are withdrawable.
An Active or Pending bonus may be revoked and removed from your Bonus Balance if: (a) You have not met the Wagering Requirements within the specified time frame; (b) you decide to withdraw any cash amount from your account before the Wagering Requirements have been met; or (c) you are in violation of this Agreement or the promotion terms and conditions.
When a bonus is cancelled, the whole bonus amount will be removed from your account, and you will have no future obligations in relation to the revoked Bonus.
- Promotion Misconduct
Betroyal365 has the right to conduct periodic audits of transaction data and logs for any reason. We have the right to revoke a player's eligibility for a promotion if an inquiry indicates that he or she is participating in practices that our casino, at its sole discretion, deems abusive.
Should Betroyal365 become aware of any player who accepted a bonus or promotion for the sole purpose of creating a positive expected value on bonus return through the use of known practices intended to secure a cash-out of said bonus, the following actions will be taken, and the player will be immediately excluded from this and future promotions.
For the interest of ultimate clarity, we have specifically recognized the following bonus-awarding techniques as inappropriate:
Advantage play will result in the instant forfeiture of the bonus, any bonus wins, and the retention of any real money lost by the Betroyal365 as a consequence of the player's actions. An obvious illustration of this style of play would be a simultaneous bet on black and red in roulette or covering the great majority of the table. This requirement is not restricted to this example; any wager made with the evident goal to obtain a large bet volume with a low win probability would be considered abusive towards the offer.
A player is deemed to be employing unnatural and advantageous betting patterns if they wager on highvalue hands (greater than ₹ 50.00) for the sole purpose of rapidly increasing their bonus bankroll, and then proceed to drastically reduce their bet value (less than half) without correspondingly decreasing their bankroll. Such circumstances may necessitate the enactment of the measures outlined below, but each instance will be examined and handled as necessary. This form of gaming is strictly forbidden.
Combinations of the above: ANY player found employing a strategy by which they are placing high value bets while playing on any game with specific bonus weight decreased to or less than 25% and then proceed to place bets in value less than their current average bet while changing game to higher weighted games will be immediately disqualified from a bonus and will be subject to full enforcement of the actions outlined below.
Important notice, in order to prevent high-risk bonus wagering, each wager must be less than or equal to 30% of the original bonus amount. If, while wagering the bonus, a player places a wager that exceeds 30% of the original bonus amount, only 10% of the original bonus amount will count towards wagering requirements.
We retain the right to withdraw and/or cancel any bonuses and/or winning that we determine to have been obtained via system abuse. Accounts that are abused may be cancelled immediately.
Abusers of bonus offers may be disqualified from obtaining future bonuses.
Please be advised that a legitimate telephone number is required upon registration, as we may call you as part of the process of establishing your identification. If you cannot be reached at the phone given, all wins from bonus offers may be forfeited and your account closed.
Betroyal365 retain the right to modify the terms and conditions of any bonus promotion at any time, and it is the player's obligation to check for changes and updates on a regular basis.
